Founded in Houston with one mission: deliver the most precise electrical discharge machining in Texas, on time, every time.
Over 25 years later that mission hasn't changed — but our capabilities have grown to meet the demands of industries that operate where ordinary machining reaches its limits. We specialize in wire EDM, sink EDM, small hole EDM, and broken tap removal for customers in aerospace, oil & gas, medical devices, and defense.
Our Houston shop is equipped to handle exotic materials — titanium, Inconel, tungsten carbide, Hastelloy — that would destroy a conventional cutting tool. If it conducts electricity, we can machine it.

Wire EDM
Complex contour cutting through hardened alloys and exotic materials to ±0.00001″. No cutting force, no tool deflection — geometries that conventional milling cannot produce.
Sink & Plunge EDM
Deep cavities, blind pockets, and intricate die forms in tool steel, carbide, and superalloys. Our sinker EDM capability handles geometries with no through-cut path.
Small Hole EDM
Start holes and micro orifices down to 0.010″ diameter in materials impossible to drill conventionally. Used for cooling holes in turbine blades, fuel injectors, and mold venting.
Broken Tap & Stud Removal
Recover high-value components without scrapping the part. Our broken tap removal service extracts HSS and carbide taps, studs, and drill bits from any conductive workpiece.
Emergency & Rush EDM
