Don't Scrap the Part — Extract the Tap
A broken tap doesn't have to mean a scrapped part. EDM tap removal extracts broken taps, drills, reamers, bolts, and studs from your workpiece. If it's stuck in a part worth saving, we can get it out.
How EDM Tap Removal Works
The EDM electrode is shaped to fit precisely inside the broken tool's flute pattern. The process erodes the broken tap through electrical discharge without touching the surrounding material — preserving your threads, your bore tolerance, and your part geometry. The tap dissolves out. The part is saved.
