Turnkey manufacturing means you send us a drawing and we send you a finished part — not a blank, not a semi-finished workpiece, not a part that still needs outside processes. At EDM of Texas Manufacturing, turnkey is possible because wire EDM, sink EDM, small hole drilling, and CNC milling and turning all run under the same roof, managed by the same team, on the same quality system.

Full Capability Covers Every Operation

Most shops call themselves turnkey but subcontract at least one operation — heat treat, grinding, or EDM detail work. We do not. Wire EDM, sink EDM, small hole drilling, CNC 3-axis and 4-axis milling, and CNC turning all run on-site. For heat treat and surface treatment requirements, we manage qualified subcontractors with documented approval and handle the logistics so you don't have to.

Tolerances Held Across Every Process

CNC milling to ±0.0002” on prismatic features. Wire EDM to ±0.00001” on profiles and contours. Sink EDM for cavities and forms in hardened material. When these processes are sequential operations on the same part — not separate jobs at separate shops — tolerance stack-up is controlled by the machinist who ran the previous operation, not estimated between vendor quotes.

Documentation, Traceability, and Quality

Turnkey parts for regulated industries require documentation that follows the part through every operation. We provide material certifications and heat numbers from certified mill sources, first-article inspection reports with dimensional balloon charts, in-process inspection records by operation, and CMM reports on critical features. Programs and setups are retained between orders so repeat work ships at the same dimensions every time, with no re-qualification required.
